Teairra Mari just had her Uber beatdown case dropped ... because the driver refused to take the stand. Prosecutors moved to dismiss 3 charges against the "Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood" star for allegedly beating the hell out of a driver and stealing his charger ... the judge agreed and tossed the case. More good news for Mari ... according to court docs, her $26k bail money was returned. You'll recall ... Mari was a wanted woman this past summer when she was a no-show in court, but she got her act together and surrendered to cops. As for why the driver flaked ... Mari's attorney, Lonnie Brandon, tells us the driver knew his story wouldn't hold water. Either way ... Mari's a free woman again. We're also guessing she switched to Lyft.
Kareem Abdul-Jabbar tells TMZ Sports it's "hard to say" if Colin Kaepernick is being blackballed by the NFL ... and says we'll just have to "wait and see" if he gets hired before the 2017 season. Kareem has been outspoken about the Kaepernick situation in the past -- he even wrote an article about Kaep's protests in The Washington Post. But he's not ready to declare the NFL anti-Kaep yet ... and when we saw him at the Joe Torre Safe at Home event in L.A., the NBA legend said we'd have to speak with someone "in management" to get a better idea. Well, we did that ... we talked to Denver Broncos exec John Elway who shot down the idea that Kaepernick's protest has anything to do with his current state of unemployment.
Ezekiel Elliott has officially taken an L with his domestic violence appeal ... as the NFL upheld the RB's 6-game suspension Tuesday following an arbitration hearing at the league's NYC headquarters. The league suspended Elliott earlier this month after finding "substantial evidence" he engaged in physical violence against his then-girlfriend, Tiffany Thompson -- a claim the Cowboys superstar has adamantly denied.

The brawl went down between Ray J's GF Princess Love and singer Teairra Mari inside a nightclub. Princess goes wild when she sees Teairra standing with Ray J. Sources close to production tell us Princess demanded to know why Teairra was with her man ... and also claimed she saw photos of them together. We're told Teairra simply said, "I don't care" ... and then it was on ... with Princess throwing the first punch. Our sources say landing Ray J for the show was a huge score ... he had originally turned down offers to join the cast.
Kanye West let his shirt do the talking Friday and the target was clearly Taylor Swift. Kanye hit up Nobu in Malibu with some buds, wearing a tee emblazoned with the words, "She's beyond Good and Evil." So the question ... Who else? Of course it's Taylor, who took aim at Kanye in her song, "Look What You Made Me Do." Kanye has said he doesn't care what she sings and their feud is ancient, but this seems pretty premeditated. Old feuds die hard, right?
